      Hi all:

       

      I have applied for SPO and got shortlisted for the 1st selection.

       

      Can anyone advise me what does this 1st selection consist of? Reason being I hope to be well-prepared for it.... Anything else to prepare?

       

      Pls advise. Thks a million to all!

       

      Btw, I have read through the whole forum. But I have no idea if there is any changes to the selection process. The only change that I am aware of is that they have informed me through sms and not by letter.

      hey.

      i also went for the 1st assessment.

      if i rem correctly, it was on the 17th.

       

      and i got an sms informing  me of a dialogue session this coming friday.

      anyone care to share any infomation regarding the dialogue session.

      is it like a informal interview?
